Michelle Johnson
Career Development Specialist and Co-Curricular Transcript Coordinator

Michelle began her career at Acadia in 2003 working with the Co-op & Career Services department.  Michelle now manages the Career Services department, assisting students with their employment needs. She manages the Off Campus Work Permit program as the Designated Institutional Representative for Immigration Canada. She hires and coordinates the ushers at convocation and coordinates the Co-Curricular Transcript program.  Michelle volunteers her time on the Immigration Steering Committee, assisting immigrants who are settling in Kings County as well as the Volunteer Steering Committee, assisting in the implementation of a Volunteer Centre in Kings County. 

She is eager to help students identify their potential, feel confident in themselves and ultimately succeed in life after Acadia!
