Please send your full job description, company information and deadline date in a notepad format to michelle.johnson@acadiau.ca and we will post your position for students to view.  Please note: if you send a description without a deadline date it will automatically come off our system in two weeks.

Information Sessions and Information Booths:

If you are interested in visiting our campus to promote your paid positions (see below for volunteer positions) to our students please click here and someone will respond to your inquiry.  See below for fees.

Two weeks notice is required for all bookings.

Promotional Materials:

We are an environmentally friendly campus therefore posters and brochures are not used to promote your events.  We use emails and faculty to spread the word about your event.  If you have an electronic version of your poster we will be happy to pass that along to students in the formats mentioned above.  Please send your electronic poster one week prior to your session.

Absolutely no promotional materials are permitted in classrooms.  Promotional material may be handed out to students attending an information session held in a classroom but any left over materials must be collected at the end of the session.
